we did chest xray and their findings are: SUSPICIOUS INFILTRATES IN BOTH UPPER LUNG HEART IS NOT ENLARGED AORTA IS UNREMARKABLE HEMIDIAPHRAGMS, CASTOPHRENIC SULCI AND THE VIZUALIZED BONES ARE INTACT.
IMPRESSION: SUSPICIOUS INFILTRATES, BOTH UPPER LUNG TAKE APICO-LORDOTIC VIEW
Your chest X-ray findings suggests doubtful opacities in both upper lobes of lungs. You are rightly suggested for apicolordotic view of chest. This view is suggested if there are suspicious densities in apical region of lung. Apicolordotic view is a special view of chest X-ray to visualize apical region of lungs. This view is necessary because apical region is covered by bony ribs, clavicle etc.Normal chest X-ray (PA)can miss the findings.
Rest of the findings are normal.Heart,Aorta,CP angles, both domes of diaphragm and bony thorax are normal.
